My friends, don’t let the image of this demure mother of 4 fool you. Inside that frame beats the heart of a warrior. Her no nonsense approach stressed safety as a first concern. Watching her demonstate a particular technique would make Pavel proud. She was literally moving that iron through the air with the greatest of ease. The professionals always make it look easy!

Throughout the class, Angela didn’t hesitate to point out my faults and quickly got me back on track. She gave me the firm foundation I was looking for and taught me enough moves that I’ll be practicing for months to perfect. I visited Angela just yesterday for my introduction workshop on kettlebell training. I was fortunate enough to be one of only two in this workshop so we both received very personalized attention. Angela was quick to make corrections when needed and continued to as I required a fair amount. I tended to use my quads and bend my knees more than I should have and she was on me to correct that. Thanks Angela! I thought I was in decent shape, but wow, what a workout. I’m very impressed by how much of an overall body workout just a few of these exercises are! In literally minutes, I was drenched and panting. Angela was very particular to point out correct technique while demonstrating and critiquing us and was very concerned about safety. She exhibited that she truly cares about her students and also about fitness in general! She’s a perfect example for those of us who want to stay fit. I highly recommend a session with Angela.

I talked to Angela about Kettlebells before making a purchase and intended to attend her next kettlebell workshop. My schedule never permitted me to attend one of Angela’s scheduled work shops. After much practice and many readings of “Enter the Kettlebell” and a couple of injuries (and subsequent trips to the chiropractor) I decided to take Angela up on her offer of a private session that fit my schedule. I am so glad I did!!

Angela explained fundamentals so well. Points that I hadn’t been able to see in books or DVD’s were explained, demonstrated and put into practice. Within two hours I felt confident and relaxed performing the basics that I had tried to learn on my own for several months!!

Since the workshop times didn’t coincide with my schedule I let the fact that Angela is a two-hour drive from my home keep me from taking the time for her instruction. NO MORE!!! I fully intend to get additional coaching from her to progress to the next level. Angela is a very enjoyable lady to work with and the instruction was outstanding and expertly delivered. Right at my level. Don’t hesitate to work with Angela even if it means 4 hours of driving!!!!

After attending a kettle bell workshop I am convinced it is the best workout ever! I am so much stronger than I ever imagined. Who knew we had such power in our hips. Angela is such a good coach she really stresses the importance of form and technique so as not to get injured. I really appreciate her and the camp. I’ve recently (2 weeks ago) took my kettle bell training class at Inspiration Fitness. The class offered detailed instruction with patience and understanding while giving you the support and encouragement needed. My coach displayed a through knowledge and demonstrated her instruction side by side with me. While this class was very challenging for me, I felt confident with the help of my coach that I would learn and see results if I remained committed.

I was alittle skeptical about taking the kettle bell class initially but it was worth every cent and more. The is a difference in how I see my body, in how my clothes fit, and my energy level is the highest its been in a very long time.
